THERAPY SERVICES

Comprehensive and personalized care tailored to your needs and goals

Anxiety Therapy

My anxiety therapy sessions are tailored to address individual needs, providing a safe space to explore feelings, thoughts, and coping strategies. I aim to help you manage and reduce your anxiety and regain control of your life.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

My child and adolescent therapy focuses on meeting your child where they are, providing a safe space and encouraging self-reflection, coping skills and application and taking ownership and empowering them to work through life's challenges.

OCD Therapy

ADHD Therapy

My ADHD therapy offers strategies to manage symptoms, enhance focus, and improve daily functioning. I work collaboratively to create personalized plans that support individuals in achieving their goals and living a balanced life.

OCD treatment is focused on helping you better understand the cycle of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns and triggers while building practical skills to respond to these thoughts differently. Using CBT-based strategies, we’ll work toward reducing the power OCD has over your day-to-day life and helping you feel more confident navigating uncertainty.
